The dying toll in US air strikes on pro-Iran installations in jap Syria has risen to 19 fighters, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a battle monitor, mentioned on Saturday.
The observatory mentioned that toll was from the preliminary US response to a drone assault on Thursday on a US army place in Syria that killed one American contractor and wounded one other contractor and 5 troops.
