Eritrea troops depart historic Tigray metropolis

ADDIS ABABA: Eritrean troops have left the traditional metropolis of Axum in Tigray however stay in two different cities within the war-stricken Ethiopian area, native residents mentioned Sunday, as the US hailed a pullout seen as key to a landmark peace deal.
